Canadian Museum for Human Rights to Hold First Annual Public Meeting on December 6, 2011

(firmenpresse) - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/08/11 -- The Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) will be holding its first Annual Public Meeting on December 6, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST at the Manitoba Museum, located at 190 Rupert Avenue, in the auditorium.

CMHR Board of Trustees Chairman Arni Thorsteinson and CMHR President and Chief Executive Officer Stuart Murray, along with other members of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights team, will be on-hand to provide an update on key accomplishments from the past fiscal year, including progress on the construction of the Museum and the continuing development of content and programming for the Museum's opening. The CMHR's 2010-2011 Annual Report can be accessed at .

There will also be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. Those not able to attend the Annual Public Meeting in-person can email questions to the email address below or through the Twitter and Facebook links below.
