Traditional Thanksgiving & Christmas specials will be served at this longest standing and locals' favorite restaurant, Big 3. Traditional Thanksgiving specials will be served at Big 3 on Thursday, November 24 for breakfast from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., followed by Thanksgiving Dinner from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. A grand Thanksgiving buffet will also take center stage in the handsome Santé dining room from 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The decadent buffet will include seasonal favorites such as Free Range Slow-Roasted Turkey with Brioche and Sage Stuffing, Turkey Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Sweet Potatoes and a Traditional 'Sugar Pie' Pumpkin Pie.
Big 3's time-honored Christmas Day Brunch will be served from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by holiday-inspired dinner, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Bon Vivants also have the option of celebrating Christmas Day, with the best of , at Santé, where Chef de Cuisine Andrew Cain and his culinary brigade will prepare an indulgent Yuletide buffet featuring classic Coq au Vin, Roasted Goose, Prime Rib and "Loch Duart" Salmon served with Dungeness Crab and a Sorrel Beurre Blanc Sauce.
