WVT Communications Group Declares Dividend
(firmenpresse) - WARWICK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 11/08/11 -- Warwick Valley Telephone Company (NASDAQ: WWVY), referred to as or the Company, the parent company of leading cloud communications pioneers, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 27, 2011 to shareholders of record as of December 16, 2011.
In addition, the Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share on the outstanding 5,000 shares of the Company's 5% Preferred stock to be paid on December 27, 2011 to shareholders of record as of December 16, 2011.
