Resinco Capital Partners Inc. Releases Q3 2011 Results
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/08/11 -- Resincoâ„¢ Capital Partners Inc. (TSX: RIN)(FRANKFURT: L6V) ("Resinco" or the "Company") announces its financial results for the nine months ended September 30, 2011. The Company posted a net loss of $15,905,000 ($0.13 per share (basic)), versus a net loss of $4,062,000 ($0.03 per share (basic)) for the same period in 2010. At period end, the Company held investments with a fair value of $11.8 million ($0.097 per share), compared to $28.4 million ($0.23 per share) at December 31, 2010.
Resinco realized a gain of $547,000 on the sale of marketable securities during the quarter and recorded an unrealized investment loss of $2,653,000, compared to a realized gain of $62,000 and an unrealized gain of $416,000 for the same period in 2010.
