(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/07/11 -- Her Excellency Sharon Johnston will host an event in honour of the philanthropic program Women for Mental Health, at Rideau Hall, on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at 2:30 p.m.
Her Excellency will deliver a speech celebrating women who are leaders in their communities and who work to raise awareness in the area of mental health. She will thank them for their work, devotion, determination and passion, but also for their vision and their common goal: to open and advance conversation on mental health issues.

Women for Mental Health is a philanthropic initiative of the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group that brings together like-minded women to discuss mental health issues in an effort to shift attitudes and help transform patient care and research at The Royal.
