Fish & Richardson Attorney Indranil "Indy" Mukerji Named 2011 "Minority 40 Under 40" Honoree by National Law Journal

The award recognizes 40 minority lawyers across the United States "who have wielded national influence in their practice areas and beyond during the past five years."
At Fish, Mr. Mukerji focuses on litigating patent cases in federal courts around the country in a wide variety of technologies, including computer software and hardware. Mr. Mukerji's representation of multiple defendants in high-profile patent cases has set a precedent for how multi-defendant cases are litigated in federal courts.
