I'm grateful to the three Secretaries of Transportation who are there today -- Secretary Ray LaHood, Secretary Elizabeth Dole and Secretary Jim Burnley. I'm especially appreciative for Elizabeth's leadership making this special recognition possible during Ronnie's Centennial year."
