Inscape Corporation Announces Election of New Chairman
(firmenpresse) - HOLLAND LANDING, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/27/11 -- Mr. Madan Bhayana announced today that effective November 1, 2011 he will step down as Chairman of the Board of Inscape Corporation (TSX: INQ) and Mr. Doug Lord has been elected to serve as the new Chairman of the Board.

As the majority shareholder, I wish to assure other shareholders that my departure as Chairman in no way diminishes my family's ongoing commitment to the future of Inscape. I believe that with the company's solutions-driven products and debt-free financial position, Inscape is well equipped for strong future growth. I am pleased that Doug Lord has been elected to serve as the Board's Chairman. His experience, background and stewardship will be of great help to our management team as they continue their efforts to serve customers and drive shareholder value," said Mr. Bhayana.
Mr. Lord was appointed to the Board on April 1, 2008. He served as President of Xerox, North American Solutions Group from September, 2008 until his retirement on July 31, 2010. Previously, he served as President, United States Solutions Group and Xerox Canada. During his 34-year tenure with the company, he held a variety of senior leadership roles in sales, marketing, human resources, supply chain, customer service and quality.
