Ossur Prosthetic Technologies to Be Featured on Discovery Channel Segment Highlighting Latest Health Innovations

The episode, which focuses on assistive technologies, is scheduled to air nationwide on the Discovery Channel on October 28th at 7 am EDT/PDT. Three advanced prostheses from Össur's Bionic Technology platform will be featured, including ®, the world's first artificially intelligent, motorized prosthetic foot; , the first and only motor-powered prosthetic knee, and , the world's first completely integrated powered Bionic leg.
The segment also features Amputee Mommy blogger and Washington DC-area resident Peggy Chenoweth, who uses Össur's PROPRIO FOOT, and Louis Namm, a Philadelphia-area counseling psychologist with the Veterans Administration, who wears Össur's POWER KNEE.
