Mr. Gropper has not resigned as a member of the Board of Directors, but rather informed the Board of his intention not to put forth his name and stand for re-election for a further term at the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting this fall. "We are very fortunate to have had the involvement of Mitch over the past three years. His extensive experience, business acumen and role as Chairman of the Audit Committee have been an asset to the Company's Board of Directors and its shareholders.
