New subsidiary to focus on strategic partnerships and IAM market
(PresseBox) - BioID AG, a leading provider of biometric recognition and identity management for online and mobile applications, announced today the founding of wholly owned US subsidiary BioID, Inc. to support the company?s North American activities.
The company will be responsible for business development, partner integration and technical support for myBioID, an online authentication and identity management service, as well as future products and services for the North American market.
The myBioID service offers the easiest and most secure way for users to log into online accounts, authorize transactions and manage their online identities without remembering dozens of passwords or carrying a token. By recognizing the user?s presence with a webcam, myBioID helps reduce the chances of online identity theft and data theft without software installation or special hardware.
