Peter Resnick Promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Precision Dynamics - St. John
(firmenpresse) - SAN FERNANDO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/24/11 -- Precision Dynamics Corporation - St. John, a leading global provider of patient safety identification and healthcare labeling solutions, has announced the promotion of Peter Resnick to executive vice president and chief operating officer.
In his new position, Mr. Resnick will continue his oversight of Precision Dynamics - St. John's integration efforts. He will also assume increased responsibilities including leadership of the company's Operations and Human Resources functions, as well as accelerating acquisitions to grow the company's presence in North America and Europe.
Mr. Resnick joined Precision Dynamics - St. John in January, 2011 when ("PDC") merged with . ("St. John") to become the world's leading provider of identification and related patient safety solutions. At the time, Mr. Resnick served as chief operating and financial officer for St. John, and was appointed executive vice president and chief integration officer for the newly combined company.

Mr. Resnick has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in finance and operations. Prior to serving as chief operating and chief financial officer of The St. John Companies, Mr. Resnick was vice president and corporate controller at Bell Industries. Prior to Bell Industries, he held a variety of finance positions, culminating in the position of assistant corporate controller at Superior Industries International, Inc., an OEM of automotive parts, and at the international public accounting firm of Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Resnick is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Southern California.
