Fourth Annual Operation: Free for the Brave Campaign Scheduled for Veterans Day
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 10/24/11 -- On Friday, November 11, 2011, Bill Lawrence and his partners Clayton Clark and Bill DeArman will once again offer free car washes to anyone that currently serves or has served in any branch of the armed forces of the United States of America. This annual Veterans Day salute, dubbed " will take place at all Bubbles Hand Wash and Bubbles Express locations in the greater Houston area.
"Each year, this salute keeps getting bigger and more meaningful," says Bubbles Chairman Bill Lawrence, "and since virtually everyone knows a veteran or someone currently serving in the armed forces, we hope they will help us spread the word. It's a small gesture, but we think an important one."
To maximize the speed, convenience and accessibility of this offer, Lawrence and his partners have waived the need for any documentation or proof of service. Interested patrons can visit BubblesCarWash.com for locations and hours of operation.
"If they tell us they are a veteran or are currently in service, their word is good enough for us," says Lawrence, "nothing else is required. But we're really excited when people show up in uniform, which really brings it home for our employees."
Now celebrating its 20th year of operations, Bubbles Hand Wash opened its first location in 1991 and has grown to include 5 hand car wash centers over the past two decades. The first Bubbles Express opened in April 2005, and now has 7 locations. Combined, the two companies employ close to 300 Houstonians. Bubbles adheres to the recommended, environmentally-friendly practices of the International Car Wash Association and local municipalities with regard to the responsible disposal of water and cleaning products generated by the car cleaning process.
