Littman, an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, to represent Marijuana, Inc. Mr. Littman graduated Cum Laude from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 1979. Since then, he has engaged in the private practice of law, with a concentration in corporate securities law and reverse mergers. Mr. Littman specializes in representing small public companies whose common stock is listed for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board and the OTC Markets Pink Sheet. In that capacity, he assists companies with their SEC, FINRA and OTC Market filings and currently represents in excess of 10 companies whose stock is currently listed and trading.
