Critical Outcome Technologies Inc. Issues Stock Options to Employees
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/19/11 -- Critical Outcome Technologies Inc. (COTI) (TSX VENTURE: COT) announced today that 71,449 stock options were approved for grant under the Company's Stock Option Plan on October 18, 2011, to its nine employees as part of their compensation for the fiscal 2012 year. The options vested immediately, have a life of five years and are exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share. The exercise price represents the closing price of the Company's common shares on October 17, 2011, the last trade reported on the TSX Venture Exchange prior to the approval date.
