Hotels Recognized for Guest Service, Performance Excellence and Product Quality

APEX (Awards for Property Excellence) awards recognize top performing hotels based on service and performance rankings. Award highlights include: the Quality Suites of Drummondville, QC, retaining its three-year run as Choice's 'Highest Likelihood to Recommend' property suggested to family and friends; the Quality Inn & Suites of Val d'OR, QC, earning 'Rookie of the Year' status for outstanding performance and its early embracement of Choice programs; and Gary Squires of the Quality Hotel Harbourview in St. John's, NL, receiving the national 'Spirit of Hospitality' award for delivering outstanding guest service.
