Procera Networks Named to Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 for Second Year in a Row
Attributes 962 Percent Revenue Growth to Technology Excellence, Significant New Wins and Follow-On Orders From Tier-1 Mobile and Cable Operators Worldwide

(NYSE Amex: PKT), the intelligent policy enforcement (IPE) company, today announced it was ranked number 109 overall on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of 500 of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. Rankings are based on the percentage of fiscal year revenue growth during the period from 2006-2010. Procera Networks grew 962 percent during this period.

Technology Fast 500 award winners are selected based on percentage fiscal year revenue growth from 2006 to 2010. In order to be eligible for Technology Fast 500 recognition, companies must own proprietary intellectual property or technology that is sold to customers in products that contribute to a majority of the company's operating revenues. Companies must have base-year operating revenues of at least $50,000 USD or CD, and current-year operating revenues of at least $5 million USD or CD.
