(firmenpresse) - SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (Marketwire) -- 10/18/11 -- (CBC) today announced two new professionals have joined the international brokerage's Salt Lake City office to meet client demand and growth expectations: Phillip Dunn and Pete Williams.
Hired as a vice president of Investments at CBC, Phillip Dunn has over 25 years of experience as a retail and industrial investment specialist, having acquired, leased, developed or sold over 10 million square feet during his commercial real estate career. Dunn is a licensed broker in a number of states and will specialize in distressed property acquisition and redevelopment at CBC.
Since 1981, Pete Williams has built a progressive career in the development, acquisition, asset management, brokerage, and divestiture of large-scale properties, and has had direct involvement in the brokerage of over $350 million in investment property. Williams has led several successful firms involved with commercial development and brokerage, in addition to starting a profitable home building enterprise in Phoenix, Arizona. At CBC, Williams will concentrate on investment sales across all disciplines of , as well as offer his expertise in Development Services.
