Even if you select a new file that is not yet synced to SugarSync, SugarSync for Outlook will automatically upload the file to the Cloud in the background, giving you a reliable backup of all your shared files.
Easily view how many times your shared files have been downloaded, giving you insight into whether or not people are accessing your shared files. And in case you hit 'Send' too soon, you can easily disable any of your SugarSync links at any time. So even when recalling an email fails, you can ensure that nobody accesses the shared file by turning off the link.
SugarSync for Outlook lets you decide whether you want to automatically send all attachments via links, or just larger files. You can configure the SugarSync for Outlook plugin to automatically send all attached files via links, prompting the system to upload all files in the background and send as links. Or you can setup the plugin to only send files larger than a particular size, which you can define.
