Senoma to identify strategic investment opportunities for Intrinsyc

(TSX: ICS) ("Intrinsyc" or the "Company"), a leading provider of software solutions for mobile devices, today announced that it has entered into a Corporate Development Services Agreement with Senoma Group LLC under which Senoma will advise and assist Intrinsyc to identify strategic investment and acquisition opportunities in companies complementary to Intrinsyc's current lines of business, and target potential financial partners interested in co-investing in companies with Intrinsyc.
