Beginning October 18 at 4:30 p.m. at the OTA Online Trust Forum in Washington, D.C., PulsePoint CPO Steven Vine will moderate a panel titled, "Consumer Trust in 2011." The session will focus on the state of consumer trust and how it has evolved over the last year. Panelists, including Ken Mortensen, VP, assistant general counsel and CPO at CVS Caremark, and Anne Toth, chief trust officer for Yahoo!, will discuss how consumer trust is lost and how companies can avoid common pitfalls.

On October 19, PulsePoint will participate in the Digital Pharma conference in Philadelphia, PA.
