Reporting to ServiceNow Chief Executive Officer Frank Slootman are , chief financial officer, , senior vice president of development and customer support, and , senior vice president of worldwide sales and services.

The three seasoned executives join ServiceNow from EMC. Prior to EMC, Mike, Dan and David served as an integral part of the Data Domain management team, reporting to Frank Slootman. During their tenure at Data Domain, the company experienced tremendous growth and grew to a billion-dollar corporation. The company achieved a successful IPO in June 2007, and was later acquired by EMC in July 2009.
