Takedown Entertainment Enters South American Market With Two Brazilian MMA Promotions

() (OTCBB: TKDN), the new face of mixed martial arts (MMA), continues its quest to bring fans the best MMA fights from around the world by expanding into the South American market, the birthplace of the modern MMA movement. Takedown is pleased to announce it has signed Letters of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights, plus certain brand and sponsorship rights, with two major Brazilian MMA promotions: Nitrix Champion Fight of Itajaí, Santa Catarina State and Win Fight & Entertainment Platinum of Salvador, Bahia State.
Nitrix Champion Fight has consistently garnered international attention from the quality of their fight cards, featuring top MMA athletes from across Brazil including Bellator Fighting Championship veterans Nazareno Malegarie and Genair da Silva.
