(NASDAQ: BOFI), the holding company for BofI Federal Bank, announced that it will host its annual shareholders' meeting at 2:00 p.m. (PT) on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at The San Diego Marriott Del Mar located at 11966 El Camino Real, San Diego, California.
After the compilation of the voting results (approximately 2:30 pm PT), President and Chief Executive Officer Gregory Garrabrants will review and discuss the company's performance and current operating environment.
