This regal playhouse is filled with spectacular touches designed to captivate children and adults alike with its essence of royalty and is destined to make a "happily ever after" dream come true for one enthusiastic bidder during the live auction event.
Every year since Project Playhouse was founded, William Lyon Homes has generously contributed a beautiful playhouse. These playhouses have collectively raised more than $300,000, funds that directly benefit the mission of HomeAid OC to provide shelter for the homeless throughout Orange County.

Every detail embraces a majestic atmosphere and the interior displays unique detailing that creates a distinctive and comfortable setting.
