AlliedBarton Security Services Chosen as Delaware's 2011 Statewide Employer of the Year by Committee on Employment of People With Disabilities

Laura Solomon, AlliedBarton Delaware District Recruiter, accepted the award from the GCEPD State Coordinator Cynthia Fairwell at an awards luncheon on October 13, 2011, at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, DE.

AlliedBarton has been working with the GCEPD since 2008, placing several hundred men and women in various security positions at many business and corporate sites throughout the State of Delaware during the past three years.

The GCEPD is housed within the Delaware Department of Labor, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. The committee's mission is to increase awareness of the abilities of citizens with disabilities and to promote their hiring.
