Adjournment of Joint Special Meeting of Limited Partners of WCSB 2008-I, 2008-II and 2009 Oil & Gas Royalty Limited Partnerships
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/13/11 -- WCSB GORR Oil & Gas Income Participation 2008-I Limited Partnership, WCSB Oil & Gas Royalty Income 2008-II Limited Partnership and WCSB Oil & Gas Royalty Income 2009 Limited Partnership (collectively, the "Partnerships") have announced that they have adjourned the joint special meeting of limited partners of the Partnerships, scheduled to be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 7, to consider the proposed restructuring of the Partnerships.
Quorum for each of the Partnerships was not present at the meeting within 30 minutes of the time fixed for the joint meeting. As a result, each of the Partnerships have adjourned the joint special meeting of limited partners of each of the Partnerships until October 20, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. The registered limited partners of each of the Partnerships present in person or by proxy at the adjourned meeting will constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at the adjourned joint special meeting.
