Organic Potash Corporation Announces the Appointment of Mr. Jayson Schwarz to its Board of Directors

Mr. Schwarz was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1978 and received his Masters in Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, he practices law in the areas of corporate/commercial, real estate, and business matters and is a member of the International, Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations. Mr. Schwarz has been involved in international commercial transactions involving various American, Caribbean, African and European jurisdictions.
For over 20 years, Mr. Schwarz has been involved with the Ghanaian community in Toronto, he's also associated with one of Ghana's leading corporate law firms and his network of contacts stretches across the spectrum of Ghanaian society. Mr. Schwarz is a board member of GC Technology Limited.
