ERF Wireless Receives U.S. Patent Office Notice of Third CryptoVue Patent Award and Broadens Intellectual Property Base
(firmenpresse) - LEAGUE CITY, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 10/12/11 -- ERF Wireless (OTCBB: ERFB), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that the company's patent attorney recently received correspondence from the U.S. Patent Office that a third patent the company had previously applied for related to the CryptoVue® encrypted security device, has been approved and that a patent will be issued as soon as the proper forms are submitted. The announcement that an initial CryptoVue patent had been awarded was made in 2010 and the second patent award was made in January 2011. The company also noted that other CryptoVue patent applications that cover different functions and features are still under review.
