WENR Corporation Announces LOI to Acquire Cable System
(firmenpresse) - RENO, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 10/12/11 -- WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC) is pleased to announce its subsidiary, Satview Broadband Ltd., has signed a letter of intent to acquire a cable system. The target cable system currently generates more than three million dollars in annual revenue. This acquisition is subject to due diligence and board approval. The terms of the LOI are held confidential.
Satview Broadband Ltd., headquartered in Reno, Nevada, is a wholly owned subsidiary of WENR Corp., and has been in operation for nine years. Satview holds franchise systems in six markets.
WENR Corporation is a media holding company, which has two wholly owned subsidiaries, Satview Broadband Ltd., and Ngensolutions LLC.
