Card Player Media Launches The Native American Casino Poker Tour
Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Oklahoma Plays Host To First Stop On New Poker Tour, With 20 Events Over 11 Days In December

Card Player Media today launches a new U.S. poker tour, the Native American Casino Poker Tour (NACPT). The first stop takes place at the Choctaw Casino Resort, Durant, Oklahoma, from December 1 to 11, 2011.
Further dates on the tour will be announced over the coming weeks. Card Player TV will film all main events, and the final table will be streamed live on CardPlayer.com. The winner of the main event will be featured on the front cover of Card Player magazine.
The inaugural event, at the Choctaw Casino Resort, which is about one-hour north of Dallas/Fort Worth, features 20 tournaments, including the centerpiece $930 + $70 main event on December 10. All events are open to anyone over 18-years-old.
Buy-ins for the NACPT Choctaw events range from $100 + $25, to $270 + $30. These events include no-limit hold'em, limit Omaha eight-or-better, and pot-limit Omaha. The Casino will also host satellite tournaments for the main event.
In addition to the grand prize, the winner of the main event will be awarded a $1,600 seat into the January 2012 WSOP Circuit Event at Choctaw. NACPT players will also receive a special poker room rate at the Choctaw Resort Hotel of $69 and $99. Availability is limited.
