Founded in 2003 by Patricia Ruppel, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Jim Dancy, Chief Operating Officer (COO), IA provides data capture, medical writing and statistical analysis services for clients engaged in clinical research trials.

According to Inc. Magazine, the median growth rate of the 2011 Inc. 500|5000 companies remains an impressive 94 percent. The companies on this year's list reportedly created 350,000 jobs in the past three years; aggregate revenue among the honorees reached $366 billion, up 14 percent from last year.
