The new facilities opened today and will occupy over 10,000 square feet. Outfitted with leading technology and top-level talent from across the higher education industry, the new facility will host all ECSI call center representatives and training teams. As part of the expansion, ECSI has implemented state-of-the-art call center technology and call management tools to enhance the experience of all clients and their students and borrowers.
