(NASDAQ: DCOM) (the "Company"), the parent company of The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh ("Dime"), today announced that the Company expects to release its earnings for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 after the close of the U.S. equity markets on Thursday, October 27, 2011.
The Company (NASDAQ: DCOM) had $4.14 billion in consolidated assets as of June 30, 2011, and is the parent company of Dime. Dime was founded in 1864, is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, and currently has twenty-six branches located throughout Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Nassau County, New York.
