Takedown Entertainment Signs Sixth EU-Based Agreement: International Promotion Centre "Star" of Russia

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with International Promotional Centre "Star," plus certain brand and sponsorship rights.
International Promotional Centre "Star" is a Russian mixed martial arts promotion founded by Sergey Shostakov and UFC veteran Oleg Taktarov. "Star" has worked in cooperation with promotions from across Eastern Europe to showcase the best regional MMA athletes. "Star" has previously featured athletes from the countries of Russia, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, India, Moldovia, Poland, Romania, Syria, Tadjikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Thailand, Iran, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. International Promotional Centre "Star"'s continuous dedication to providing truly international MMA entertainment has solidified its status as one of the premier MMA promotions in Russia.
