The new products allow NexGen Digital to further serve original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and contract manufacturers that design, develop and manufacture high-reliability aerospace, military and commercial relays, remote power controllers, contactors, timers and sensors. The Power Management Group was formed after Microsemi's 2008 acquisition of Babcock Inc.
