Teekay Corporation Declares Dividend
(firmenpresse) - HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/05/11 -- Teekay Corporation (Teekay) (NYSE: TK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.31625 per share, payable on October 31, 2011 to all shareholders of record as at October 21, 2011.
