Bangor Hydro Selects Cayenta, a Subsidiary of Constellation Software's Harris Subsidiary, for its Customer Information System ("CIS")

("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that Bangor Hydro Electric Company has selected Cayenta Utilities, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris, for its CIS. The implementation will commence in October 2011. Bangor Hydro is an electric utility wholly-owned by Emera Inc. Bangor Hydro serves 117,000 customers in an area encompassing 5,275 square miles in eastern and east coastal Maine.
