"It's one thing to say 'boo' and it's quite another to hear an actual EVP of a ghost," says Mitchell, referring to Electronic Voice Phenomenon recordings uploaded by ghost hunters to the site.
"That stuff gives you real chills," says Fiol with a shiver. "Halloween or not."
