("ODESIA" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: ODS), an international corporation specialized in delivering business-intelligence solutions ("BI"), decision-process management and analytics, is pleased to announce the acquisition of all of ASA Technologies' mandates.
As part of ASA Technologies' bankruptcy, the Commercial Court of Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine, France), selected ODESIA Europe as the acquirer of all of ASA Technologies' mandates.
