(PINKSHEETS: GOIG) announced today that GoIP's Shareholders of record of July 29, 2011 have received spin-off shares of GOCOM. DTC has received 3,884,264 of GOCOM shares for distribution to GoIP shareholders. Any shareholder of record that has not received the share distribution should be contacting their broker.
