SIU Investigates Motor Vehicle Collision in London
(firmenpresse) - MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/01/11 -- Ontario's Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is probing the circumstances surrounding a motor vehicle collision in the City of London involving an OPP cruiser and a civilian vehicle.
The SIU was notified that at approximately 2:55 PM on Saturday, October 01, 2011 an OPP cruiser was involving in a motor vehicle collision in the intersection of Glanworth Drive and Colonel Talbot Road in the City of London. Two occupants of the civilian vehicle were taken to hospital as well as two OPP officers. None of the injuries are believed to be life threatening.
Four investigators, two forensic investigators and a collision reconstructionist have been assigned. Anyone who may have information regarding this case is asked to contact the Unit at 416-622-0748 or 1-800-787-8529 Extension 2314.
