Jeannette Kocsis oversees digital strategy and media programs at Harte-Hanks. Jeannette is responsible for integration of new media, among them social and mobile channels, into client offerings. Her expertise includes social media, mobile marketing, Web site conversion strategy, digital marketing, search marketing and the Web data that informs strategy. She joined the company in 2000. Jeannette is a regular contributor for online publications and presents frequently at industry events and webinars on mobile marketing, search marketing, website conversion metrics and optimization. She was named one of "2010 Mobile Women" by Mobile Marketer, published in December 2009. Jeannette serves on the DMA Mobile Marketing Council and the DMA Search Engine Marketing Council, and is a founding member of the Advisory Boards for each Council. She recently was honored as a Lifetime Echo Judge for the DMA.

Pauline Amerson, senior manager in CRM and marketing for Sony Electronics, is currently employed in the post-sales support division of the organization. She is responsible for post-sales social media and support video development, along with growing Sony Electronics's contactable base and optimizing post-sales communications to its customers. Pauline has served Sony for 11 years, eight of them within various CRM roles including print, email, mobile, social, database growth, and site optimization. Amerson obtained two bachelor's degrees from the University of California, San Diego in 1997, and her master's in business administration, with a focus in marketing and information technology, from University of San Diego in 2004.
