Electric Moto Corporation Re-Affirmed on Current Information Tier of OTCMarkets.com
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 09/21/11 -- Electric Moto Corporation (PINKSHEETS: EMOT) announced today that it had been re-affirmed as a Current Tier Information and Disclosure provider by the OTC Pink Marketplace.
Electric Moto, which first reached Current Tier status in April of 2010, announced then, and has maintained since, that one of the core tenets of its corporate philosophy is to provide full disclosure on all aspects of its operations, whether organizational, financial, or technical.
According to Robert J. Lancellotti, Chairman of the Board of Directors, "Only total transparency enables our shareholders, or prospective investors, with the ability to make a full and informed decision as to Electric Moto's value. "
