(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 09/21/11 -- On September 20, 2011 the North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (OTCBB: NODB) Board of Directors declared a $0.17 per share dividend. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of October 6, 2011 and will be paid on October 12, 2011.
