Experienced Financial Executive Joins Big Data and Cloud Computing Leader to Manage Sustained Rapid Growth and Global Strategic Expansion

In this role, O'Meara will be responsible for the financial management of DDN's global operations and will lead the company's planning, accounting, tax and treasury efforts as the organization continues its rapid growth.

O'Meara joins DDN with more than 20 years of experience leading both public and private high-growth companies in the software and technology industries. O'Meara previously served as CFO of several organizations, including Tibco Software, Adaptec Inc., and Siperian Inc. At Tibco, O'Meara helped the company grow from $25 million to $320 million in annual revenue during his first three years and raised over $600 million in equity. Earlier in his career, as Vice President and Treasurer of Adaptec, O'Meara oversaw corporate revenue growth from $50 million to more than $1 billion annually.
