LLC (NYSE: WPC) announced today that further to its press release dated September 16, 2011 disclosing the Company's quarterly cash distribution of $0.56 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2011, it has revised the payable date to Friday, October 14, 2011 from October 15, 2011, which falls on a Saturday. The record date remains September 30, 2011.
