Latest Washable RFID Laundry Tag for Linen Tracking
(firmenpresse) - DAILY RFID has newly developed a latest washable RFID laundry tag-10 for different regions linen tracking applications. With one small hole in the middle, this button-size RFID laundry tag can be easily affixed by sewing, be pinned or tied on.
With chips sealed in the special material housing, this laundry RFID tags are designed to remain high identification accuracy even if they are reused for linen tracking for several hundreds times. And they are capable of completely resisting water, and can withstand high temperature, pressure and chemical conditions in laundry environment.
Available in 125KHz or 13.56MHz working frequency, the charts of the LF laundry tag are available in the Hitag family, EM4100, TK4100; as for the HF version, it is compatible with the Mifare family, I-CODE, Ti 256 as well as INSIDE 2K. Once this RFID laundry tag is tied to the garment, the information about the objects is captured and stored in real time.
This up-to-date RFID laundry tag is suitable for applications of contactless tracking of linens in the textile rental and dry cleaning. Thus, linens products such as towels, sheets and clothes can be equipped with these rugged washable RFID tags to check inventory and improve linen tracking, as well as customer service. Besides, with its standard color of black, it is printable with silkscreen of no more than 2 colors.
