Located at 2880 Lakeside Drive in a beautiful brick building that features a three-story atrium lobby, fitness center, extensive mature landscape, and high-speed fiber connectivity, their new 6,505-square-foot space was designed by one of Silicon Valley's most stellar architectural firms ArcTec. As collaboration was a key theme of the design, the new space includes team work areas, extensive conference areas, dedicated BIM rooms, and an extremely efficient office configuration.
Having mastered the art of moving at the speed of business, technology and sustainability were drivers behind their new inspirational workspace. Through the latest advances in technology the office is moving away from tradition and towards a "paper-less" environment. Great care was taken on recycling demolished materials and installing green products including flooring, perforated metal ceilings, accent woods, glass tiles and metals, and low-VOC paints.
Passionate about giving back to the community in which they live and work, Swinerton donated existing materials, such as casework to Rebuilding Together for reuse in upcoming projects. Local subcontractors with whom Swinerton has developed great relationships with over the years supported their new office effort.
