Tektronix Chooses Basin Street Properties' Harvest Business Center to House Radio Frequency/Microwave Design Center
In Highly Anticipated Lease, Leading Test and Measurement Company Occupies 10,042 Sq. Ft. to Expand Bay Area Presence
(firmenpresse) - SANTA ROSA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/19/11 -- Basin Street Properties (), a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed Tektronix (), a worldwide leader in providing test, measuring and monitoring instrumentation, to occupy 10,042 square feet at its Harvest Business Center. This lease deal had been highly anticipated since Tektronix announced in February its intent to open an office in Santa Rosa. The Beaverton, Ore.-based company will establish a Radio Frequency (RF) Design Center at the Harvest Business Center location. The lease commences October 1 for a five-year term.

The 39,094-square-foot Harvest Business Center corporate campus, located on Airport Blvd. adjacent to the Sonoma County Airport, is comprised of three, two-story, Class A office buildings that are surrounded by beautiful views of Mt. St. Helena. Additionally, Harvest Business Center is in close proximity to the area's residential community and directly accessible to Highway 101. For Tektronix, the campus' direct connection to the Sonoma County Airport will make it convenient for traveling directly to and from its headquarters via Portland International Airport.

The Tektronix lease at Harvest Business Center brings its total occupancy rate to 92 percent.
